Kirtley is survived by his loving wife, Carrie Thomas Jeffers; son Jeffrey Kirtley Jeffers; mother, Olivena Ramos many siblings, nieces and nephews. Along with countless other family and friends who were blessed to have known him. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 23, 2017, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service for Kirtley will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2017, at 10:00 AM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
