Mr. Kuo Chung Chang, age 53, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022, in Dallas, Texas. He was born to Mr. Ping Chang and Ms. Hsiu Lan Wu on Monday October 14, 1968 in Taipei, Taiwan . Kuo leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. He will be sincerely missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
