L. Kelly Parks, 82, was born on December 21, 1935 to parents William Leland Parks and Ura Woods in Lawton, Oklahoma. He passed away on March 2, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. L. Kelly will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him.Family and friends will meet Friday, March 9, 2018 from 4-6 PM for visitation at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service for Mr. L. Kelly will be on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 12:30 PM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Restland Cemetery.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
