Lamerle Miertschin's Obituary
LaMerle Miertschin, age 90, of Grand Prairie, TX was born in Dallas, TX to Milton Reese Miller and Bertha Elizabeth Lusby. Passed away on March 2, 2022. She was married to Jerrold Lee Miertschin on October 9, 1958 in Lancaster, CA. She loved her church, crocheting, photography, softball, painting, and trash train dominoes. But most of all she loved her family. If you were one of hers you were loved.
Proceeded in death by her father Milton, stepfather Emery Lawrence, mother Bertha Lawrence, her beloved husband Jerry, sister Marilyn Grimmett, and brother Charles Lawrence.
She is survived by daughter Sandra Vincik, son and his wife Mark and Denise Miertschin, grand children Joshua and Kat Swenson, Amber Swenson, Bobby and Melissa Lack, Justin and April Vincik, Amy Vincik, Jerrold and Elizabeth Miertschin, great grandchildren Harlie Wampler, Leanna Lack, Presley Swenson, Hayden Wampler, Carter Swenson, Waverly Vincik, Parker Lack, Lawrence Lack and Wade Vincik. As well as her family, friends and church family.
Visitation will be Friday, April 8, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Services will begin at 2:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home in the Wildwood Chapel. Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery is located at 13005 Greenville Ave., at the intersection of Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243, and can be reached at (972) 238-7111.
