Lane Lamar Lovvorn's Obituary
LOVVORN, LANE, was born on Dec. 15th, 1950, in Dallas, TX. He graduated college from Howard Payne University with a BA in business. Lane spent his formal years as a family man and a pastor at the North Church, in Carrollton, TX. During the course of his life he remained a man of unwavering faith. For the last three years he valiantly battled cancer with utmost dignity and passed away on Feb. 23rd, at Richardson Regional, surrounded by the family he so dearly loved. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Susan, father, Lamar, and his wife, Ann, his brother, Dean and his wife, Gloria, his two sons, Robert and James, his daughter, Meghan and her husband Carey, and his granddaughter, Brooklyn, who always brought joy to his life. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 25, form 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Restland.
