LaNelle Ford Dobson's Obituary
With great sadness, we announce that our sweet Angel LaNelle, aged 85 years young, passed away on February 22, 2023 in Dallas, Texas.
LaNelle was born in the loving arms of her mother and father in Texas. LaNelle loved to love her children so brightly, and she cherished traveling with them to sparkling Big Sur. The emerald trees, sapphire waters, and reverence of literature of Big Sur was her delightful trinity; a trinity where eternity met the sea, as Rimbaud said.
Beloved mother. You are our eternal light, our infinity of hope. Our plaintive anthem fades to a high requiem, as your favorite poet once said.
Gracious God, please watch over our Angel, sleeping in her sapphire lullaby.
