Lanh Ngoc Duong, 78, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, in Garland, Texas. She was born on Thursday, April 3, 1941, to her loving and thoughtful parents in Vietnam. Lanh will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services for Lanh will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Restland Memorial Chapel, located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.
