Larry Jay Browder Sr.'s Obituary
BROWDER, SR., LARRY JAY Born November 11, 1930 and passed away March 28, 2008. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Browder and father, Archie Browder. He is survived by his longtime friend, Marinell Price; son, Larry Browder, Jr. and wife Jackie; grandsons, Travis and Brett Browder and many cousins, nieces and nephews in North Texas. He served as an officer in the US Army during the Korean War and was stationed in Germany. Mr. Browder graduated from Oklahoma State University and was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity. He worked for Ford Motor Company for many years and retired from AT&T/Lucent after a long and successful career. Mr. Browder enjoyed traveling throughout the world and regular fishing trips to Alaska. Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 PM, Sunday, March 30, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, March 31, 2008 at Restland Abbey Chapel.
