Larry Don Conner's Obituary
Larry Don Conner -age 74 of Allen, Texas was born April 21, 1949 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Helen and Otis Conner passed away November 2, 2023. Married to Jessica Conner on January 23, 1969. Raised in Houston, Texas and lived in Wichita, Kansas before settling in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Attending the U.S.Grant High School he met his future wife Jessica Trotter. They celebrated 54 years of marriage on January 23, 2022. After being married 6 months Uncle Sam called him to serve his country in active duty with the U. S. Army 101 Airborne. 1969-1971 stationed at Ft. Pork, Ft. Sam and Viet Nam. Larry loved music and expertly played many different instruments. With his family of 3 brothers and one sister the Conner Family traveled all over the U.S.A. performing. He began his Insurance career in 1989 representing some of the largest insurance companies in the United States. 1992 Larry took the entrepreneurial path and started his own agency becoming a broker. At the time of his death he was CEO of Marcon Benefits.
Larry is survived by his wife Jessica, Daughter Anjelica and granddaughter Savannah. Siblings Otis Jr. and wife Karen, Allen and wife Trudy, Becky Traynor and her husband Kent along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother Jim Conner.
Services for Larry will be Monday November 6, 2023 at 12:00 at Cottonwood Creek Bapt. Church Chapel, 1015 Sam Rayburn Tollway, Allen, Texas 75013.
