MCMILLAN, LARRY W. Born November 29, 1938 in Larned, KS and passed away February 27, 2007 in Dallas, TX. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn L. McMillan. He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Joyce McMillan; daughter, Daralynn Stewart and husband, Michael; numerous other relatives and friends. Mac retired from The City of Dallas after 25 years plus of service. He is loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
