Survived by spouse Shirley (Charlie) Holden; son, Leroy Miller and wife Elke; daughter, Linda Holifield, grandsons, David Holifield and wife Kari; John Holifield and wife Jaimee; great granddaughter(s), Kayla Mae Holifield and Nadine Christine Maria Townsley; great grandson(s) Kaydon Holifield, Ryan Holifield; nephew, Kevin Anderson; niece, Shiela Dingledine and many other nephews and nieces; Billy Earl Harris; Wes and Rose Moorefield; and other close friends. Family will receive friends from 11:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2008. Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Restland Memorial Park.
