Laura Adelaide Bennett's Obituary
Laura Adelaide Bennett (100) from Trinidad, TX passed away on Monday, November 11,2024. She was born November 1, 1924 in Nacogdoches, TX to the parents of Albert Sr. and Laura Brewer. Preceded in death by her husband Dr. Bill V. Bennett. They were married in 1945. Her career was with the Dallas Independent School District where she was an educator for 32 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Mabank, TX. and a member of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution). She is survived by her son William (Billy) G. Bennett and wife Cindy Bennett of Trinidad, TX. Grandsons, Steven and wife Laura Penney of Clifton, TX. Neal and wife Shelly of Leander, TX., and 3 Great Granddaughters. Nephew Bert and wife Jean Brewer of Crockett, TX. She will be missed by her family, extended family and the neighbors. Special Thanks to her students who made her 100th birthday special.
