Laura Marie Hawthorne Mccoy was born April 2, 1961, and passed away on September 17, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, William E. Hawthorne and brother, Richard Hawthorne. She is survived by her mother, Theresa Hawthorne, husband Larry Mccoy, daughter, Heather Marie Warden, son, Daniel Warden, granddaughters, Kylie Marie and Jacey Rayne; sister, Charmaine Rogers and husband Clyde, brother William E. Hawthorne Jr and sister in law Deanne, brother Charles Hawthorne and wife Pam, sister Darcus Bryant and numerous nieces and nephews.She had a strong Christian faith and adored her two granddaughters.Along with her artistic talents, she had a love for all animals and gardening.Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life at Spence Park Baptist Church 11209 Lyric Ln. Balch Springs, Tx 75180. Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 12 pm. Graveside services for immediate family will follow at Restland of Dallas
