I heard the voice of Jesus say, “Come unto Me and rest; Lay down, thou weary one, lay down Thy head upon My breast.” I came to Jesus as I was, weary and worn and sad; I found in Him a resting place, and He has made me glad.
Lauren was always a beacon of sunshine. She was one of the Lord’s earth angels. Always a smile and concern for everyone. Lauren will be greatly missed, but the love she held will always be present.
We are Amy’s (Mike’s girlfriend) parents. We are so sorry for your loss-Amy always talked about what a wonderful soul, mother and person Lauren was. We wish we could have known her. You are in our prayers for comfort and God’s love for you all.
The Lauren I will always remember was kind and loyal. She held no judgement over others. She was loved by all. I’ve only ever heard people speak of her fondly. I am beyond grateful for having reconnected with her, getting the opportunity to meet her boys and, help support her through her fight. I loved Lauren. As did everyone else that knew her. May she rest in peace.

Although we lived far apart, I was always amazed by your Facebook posts. There wasn’t one photo that you didn’t have that big beautiful smile on your face. You are the brightest angel in heaven and the brightest star in the sky. I believe you were truly loved by all.

Lauren was such a radiant person and brighten any room she entered. My favorite memory of Lauren was her teaching us how to shadow dance. We would laugh and laugh seeing how many unique moves we could do in the shadows. She will truly be missed and always in our hearts.
