Lawrence D LaQuey's Obituary
Lawrence Duard LaQuey, 89, passed away July 11, 2021 in Irving, Texas. He was born May 9, 1932 to Howard LaQuey and Hetty LaQuey in Dallas, Texas.
Lawrence married Laverne Huffstutler on June 20, 1952 in Dallas, Texas, and was a flight dispatcher for Braniff Airways, and American Airlines for several years. He was a member of Plymouth Park Baptist Church and became a christian at a Billy Graham crusade in 1952. Lawrence was a wonderful husband, father and PawPaw who always loved to laugh and have a good time. He will be greatly missed by his family who loved him so much.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Hetty LaQuey; brother, James LaQuey; sister, Barbara Carroll; and brother, Richard LaQuey.
Survivors - Wife, Laverne LaQuey; daughter, Melissa LaQuey of Amarillo, Texas; and son, Jeffrey LaQuey of Aubrey, Texas; four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
