L.D. Heflin's Obituary
L.D. Heflin was born to Louie D. Heflin and Maggie (Culberson) Heflin on September 15, 1924 in Kaufman County. He lived in Kaufman until he graduated from High School. He went to Dallas to start work and soon met and fell in love with Jean Lee. They got married and had a happy life together for almost 66 years. He went to meet the Lord on September 18, 2015. He has two living nieces, Saundra Martin of Aubrey, Texas, and Laverl Bartel of Channelview, Texas. He has several nieces and nephews by marriage also several great nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be at Calvary Baptist Church at 1609 Rand Road Kaufman, Texas on September 21, 2015 at 11:30 AM. Viewing of the body will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the church on September 21, 2015. He will be layed to rest at Restland at 2:30 PM on September 21, 2015. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243 at Restland Road.
