Lea Ann Scott's Obituary
Lea Ann Scott was born on December 30, 1961 in Gainesville, Texas a daughter of the late James Patrick and Patsy Neathery Smith and passed away on May 31, 2022 at the age of 60. Lea Ann grew up in Arlington and was the most generous, kind-hearted and caring person that you would ever meet. Her funny and outgoing personality will be greatly missed but she will live on forever in our memories. Her love for her children, sister and dogs was unconditional and was very evident to anyone that knew her. We find peace in knowing that she was welcomed in the Kingdom of Heaven by her loving parents James and Patsy as well as her son Timothy “Shawn” Smith. Survivors include her daughters, Summer Smith and her husband Tyler of Arlington and Lauren Brown and her husband Ross of Arlington, grandchildren Easton, Witten, Finley and Callan, sister Joye Beth Proctor of Arlington and her nephew Aaron Proctor and his wife Sunni of Bedford as well as numerous other friends and relatives.
A service of remembrance and tribute to the life of Lea Ann will be announced and held at a later date.
