I am a transplant but she treated us so well. She was the only person that invited us into her home! I will always remember how kind she was to me! It is difficult moving when you are old but she excepted us with open arms!
Yvonne was a loving friend and a wonderful Christian example. She was greatly loved and will be missed by her church family. Our love to Gerald, Landry and family.

To choose one memory of Yvonne is like deciding which Blizzard to order at DQ. There are simply too many good ones. We remember the numerous cards that she sent over the years. We remember her tireless work over the clothing room. We remember her love for the lost as demonstrated in her work as a World Bible School teacher. We remember her hosting our Care Group and what a GREAT cook she was. If we had to sum her up in one word it would be faithful. The Bible says in Hebrews 11:6 that without faith it is impossible to please God. Well, she certainly put a smile on our Lord’s face.
