Leavetta A. Kemp's Obituary
She was the daughter of the late Carl L. and Doris Jackson, Sr. She was born April 9, 1948 in Mexia, Texas. Leavetta went to be with our Lord and Savior on March 7, 2009. Leavetta received her education in the Richardson Independent School District. She was a graduate of the Hamilton Park H. S. c/o 1966. She later attended Prairie View A&M. Leavetta accepted Christ at an early age at Hamilton Park UMC. Leavetta was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, but above all she loved the Lord. She was deeply loved and cherished by her husband David E. Kemp for the past 23 years. Her memories will also serve as comfort to her sons, Shannon, Tony, & Joey (Brandi) and her 5 grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thurs. at 11:00 am, at Hamilton Park UMC, 11881 Schroeder Rd., Dallas, TX 75243. The visitation will be Wed. 6-8pm @ Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75382
