Lee Pulley's Obituary
PULLEY, LEE beloved husband, father and grandfather, Lee Pulley passed away suddenly on June 6, 2013. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, he is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Helene Mundon Pulley; daughters Robin Oliver and Leigh Ann Runeberg and her husband Chad; son Kendall Pulley; grandchildren Chris and Chase Oliver, and Haley, Taylor and Sidney Runeberg; sister Mildred Weeks; and step-sisters Edith Hardt, Peggy Carnes and Charlotte Park. Lee served in the U.S. Army, during which he met and married the love of his life Helene while they were both stationed in Japan. He cared for his family, friends, church and community with selfless commitment and will be remembered as a man of quiet strength, honest integrity, always ready to lend a hand to those in need and enjoy a good laugh. Visitation will be Monday, June 10, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 12:30 PM, with Rev. Ann Barton officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Stephen United Methodist Church, 2520 Oates Drive, Mesquite, Texas 75150.
