Lee R. Thorton's Obituary
Lee Roy Thornton, aged 92, passed away on Tuesday, December 22 in Nassau Bay, Texas. Services are scheduled for Tuesday at Restland cemetery. He was retired from the U. S. Air Force as a Lt Col and also retired from Northrop Corporation where he worked as an aeronautical engineer. He was born in Quanah to Lee Thornton and Bernice Latson Thornton. Lee is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Thornton and his daughter, Ann Thornton. He is survived by his son, Steven Thornton. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 10:00 AM Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
