Lela Faye Tidwell's Obituary
Lela Faye Tidwell, 93, was born on October 26, 1924 to John Daniel Hopkins and Georgia Lee Brown Hopkins in Leona, Texas. She passed away on January 13, 2018. Lela was a hard working, but caring mother to her daughter Georgia. She worked as an executive secretary in commercial real estate. Lela will be deeply missed by her daughter, her friends at the care facility and by all of those whose lives she touched.There will be a private interment for Lela at Restland Memorial Park. Her memorial service will be held on Monday, January 22, at 3 PM at Skillman Church of Christ in the Rotunda Building, Dallas, Texas.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your favorite charity in Lela’s memory.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
