In those days we read Bible verses and prayed each day in public school. We didn’t have extracurricular sports and no TV. I ran around with friends and helped my mom and dad peel peaches, make preserves, and did lots of reading, working, and playing. It was a happier time even when my kids were little. I so enjoyed keeping house (2 Titus 2:5), coffee clutches, bridge, Church activities, tennis, Republican women club, book clubs, etc. It was a wonderful time in my life.”She will be dearly missed by many.. Rest in paradise.Funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm, Thursday, September 14, 2017, at the Restland Memorial Chapel with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
