Lena Batt's Obituary
Lena Batt, 92 of Irving, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. She was born to Aurthur Harmon Emery and Stella Irene Andrews on November 12, 1929 in Vinson, Oklahoma. Lena leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all the individuals who knew and loved her.
Lena is remembered as a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother who enjoyed reading the Bible and playing Bridge. She was a wonderful cook, seamstress and, artist.
She was preceded in death by her Husband of 45 years, Guy Batt, Jr.
Survived by her Daughter, Connie Miller (Husband David) of Arlington, Texas; Son, Tony Batt of Alexandria, Virginia; Grandchildren: Kyle Grogan and Shelley Rodgers (Husband Leonard); Great-Granddaughters: Kylie Rodgers and Kennedy Rodgers.
Funeral services for Mrs. Batt will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 10:00am in the Abbey Chapel with the burial at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made with The Salvation Army.
