I loved her , I wanted to be like her where all the family wanted to go,, to Aunt Lena's house. I married into her family and for the first time in my life I learned and was given the opportunity to live and love each other like family. Raising my children what a family looked like. What it felt like. I never remember Aunt Lena without a smile and most of all the love and caring she gave her whole family, not just her immediate family. I think the compassion she had for me and my family was why I truly respected her soo much. She never had anything mean to say about anyone. I loved her.
