Leng Bun Vann's Obituary
Leng Bun Vann was born in the providence of Khom Prack Anchanh Srock Mock Compol Cad Candad, Cambodia on January 1st, 1959. He was born to his father, Von Vann and mother Nim Chea, his siblings included an older brother, Bun Chan Vann and younger sister, Bun Lee Vann. He graduated high school and enjoyed a simple life style in Cambodia. In 1975 he was forced to flee his birthplace when the Khmer Rouge Regime took over. This event caused him to lose both parents and his siblings. With his entire family gone he sought refuge in a Thailand refuge camp where he was reunited with his Aunt, Sokhan Sun and decided the only safe passage would be America and arrived here in 1981. The following year he met and married, Sovann Loeum on July 1982. He would then start his family and had 2 girls and 2 boys. Working all his life he ensured the wellbeing of his family and succeeded. Although we are sadden by our sudden lost he will continue to live on through our memories and forever in our hearts.He is preceded in death by his father, Von Vann; mother, Nim Chea; brother, Bun Chan Vann; and sister, Bun Lee Vann,Leng is survived by his wife, Sovann Loeum; daughter, Sotheary Lacy; daughter, Sochenda Swann; son, Sopheara Vann; son, Sophaktra Vann and grandchildren, Ayden Lacy, Ethan Lacy, Charissa Swann.Family will receive friends on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 9:00 to am12:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.Service will be held on March 3rd, 2018 at 9:00 AM at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Hometranslation
