Leonard W. Matthews, age 88, of Richardson, Texas passed away peacefully on Friday, February 14, 2020.
Leonard Wendell Matthews was born on May 24, 1931 to the parentage of: Patrick and Sarah (Wright) Matthews. He proudly served his nation in the US Army and held a Masters Degree.
Leonard Wendell Matthews will be deeply missed by his beloved family, devoted friends and all of the individuals who knew him and loved him.
The family of Leonard Wendell Matthews will receive visitors on Thursday, February 20, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 pm at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will follow on Friday, February 21, 2020 at 10:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Richardson, Texas. Mr. Matthews will be laid to rest at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.
