Leonard Reynolds Mitchell's Obituary
MITCHELL, LEONARD REGINALD “MITCH” Born in Iola, KS October 18, 1915 and passed away December 3, 2011 in Plano, TX. He was a metallurgist with ARCO numerous years before retiring and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Plano. Mitch is survived by 2 sons: Jim and Gary Mitchell; 6 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jaunita and a step-sister. Visitation will be held at Restland Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, December 6, 2011. Service will be at the Wildwood Chapel, Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 12:30 pm with the Rev. Gary Mueller officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to International Messengers, The Joshua Project thru Andy and Tresha McKnight, Code XTI, P.O. Box 618 Clear Lake, IA 50428-0618.
