Leonard "Glenn" Warren's Obituary
Leonard Glenn Warren was born to Leonard Edward and Ofelia Mae Warren in Venus, Texas, at 2:58 AM on November 19, 1953. Glenn went to be with the Lord at 5:15 PM on August 21, 2021.
Glenn was a lifetime member of Newman Park Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents, and brothers, Eddie Ray and Danny Paul Warren.
Glenn is survived by his wife of 39 years, Troylee Warren; daughter, Amanda Renfrow and her husband, Corey; son, Adam Warren and his wife, Lindsey, all of Forney, TX; grandchildren, Colton and Cason Renfrow, Avery Warren and soon to arrive, Layton Warren; brothers-in-law, Todd Neece of Oklahoma City, OK, Tim and Deanie Neece of Lone Oak, TX; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
No one who met Glenn forgot his infectious smile and love for his family and friends. He never met a stranger. He was very active throughout his life with the youth in sports such as softball, baseball, and football. He loved to fish, go to deer camp, and dirt track racing. Glenn's main passion in life was his family.
Visitation will be from 1-6 PM with family greeting friends at 3 PM Thursday, August 26, at Restland Funeral Home. A celebration of Glenn's life will be held at 10 AM on Friday, August 27, at Restland Funeral Home, in the memorial chapel. Committal service to follow at Grove Hill Cemetery.
