Leroy Guy Warner's Obituary
WARNER, LEROY GUY Leroy G. Warner, a veteran of World War II, died on August 13, 2007 at the age of 81 due to heart failure. He is preceded in death by his oldest son, Melvin McClintock. LeRoy is survived by his wife of 53 years, Pauline; son, Jeffrey, and daughter-in-law, Lynda McClintock; grandson, Jay Ryan McClintock; granddaughter, Melynda McClintock Jones and husband, Christopher Jones; great granddaughter, Macy Jones; brother, Bobby Warner and wife, Peggy. LeRoy attended North Dallas High School. He joined the army in 1946 and spent his tour of duty in the Army Occupation Forces in Japan. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW and had many friends. “He never met a stranger”. Most of his working career was spent in the hardware and swimming pool supply business.
