Leslie Richard Bost's Obituary
Leslie Richard Bost (Les) passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Les was born August 9, 1943 in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas and graduated with an Engineering degree from East Texas State University. Les taught high school Industrial Arts before accepting an Industrial Engineering position with Kraft Foods. After several moves, he accepted a job in the same capacity with Miller Brewing Company. Upon retiring from Miller, he and his wife purchased and operated a Kwik Kar Lube and Tune in Edgecliff Village, Texas.
Les married Doris Cuddeback Munson on April 7, 1966. To this union, a daughter was added along with Doris’ two children from a previous marriage, whom he raised as his own.
Les is survived by three children: Brenda Boyer (Vic); Mike Munson (Kathy); Jennifer Sawyers, three grandchildren Newly Boyer (Lisa); Adrianne Boyer (Brian); Slate Boyer and four great grandchildren. Les is preceded in death by his mother, Edith Bost Scales; father, Leslie M. Bost; wife, Doris Bost and grandson, Sam Munson.
