Leta Joyce Houston Williams' Obituary
78, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, went to be alongside Jesus Christ ‘ Our Lord on the 21st of February 2008, in Plano. Leta was born on July 4, 1929 in Dallas, Texas to Edyth (Lilly) and Claude Robbins. She was the youngest of four children. She was preceded in death by her first husband Clarence E. (Ed) Williams, her second husband, Leroy R. Houston, and daughter, Robin Elayne Williams, and grandson Ryan R. Oliver. She is survived by her daughter Suzanne Pellegrini and husband Edward of Richardson; grandchildren Cassandra Ann and Zachary Adam Pellegrini; step-daughter Shirley Houston of Plano, step-grandson Allen Houston, step-granddaughter Rosemary Rasmussen and husband Eric; step-great grandchildren Aubrey, Ian, Meghan and Jeremy Houston and Ava Rasmussen, plus a host of dear relatives throughout the United States. Leta was a 1947 Adamson High School graduate. Leta worked for the Department of Labor until her retirement. The family extends a special note of appreciation for the loving care provided by Plano Specialty Hospital. Special Visitation will be at 12:00 Noon Sunday February 24th, at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Monsignor Henry Petter officiating. Burial at Restland Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fr. Patrick H. Koch, S.J. Association, P.O. Box 810647, Dallas, Texas 75381.
