Lila L. Phelps Moran was born in Blue Rapids, Kansas on December 15, 1920. She departed this life on July 2, 2018 at age 97. She was the daughter of Jared R. Phelps and Maude Mary Rosella Moore Phelps. She married Lee B. Moran, Jr. on March 5, 1959. Mr. Moran preceded her in death on February 5, 1997.Surviving Mrs. Moran are son, Jared L. Moran and wife Judy and daughter, Margaret E. Alderson and husband Bradley, eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and sister Mary Hoppe.The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Restland Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 5, 2018. A funeral service for Lila will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Restland Memorial Chapel.
