Lillian was born January 29, 1930 in Gove, Kansas and passed away May 1, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Lillian is preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Bilby. Lillian is survived by her daughter, Roberta Fisher; daughter, Cathy Kugler-Eakins; son, William Bellesine; 7 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM, Tuesday, May 5, 2015 in The Abbey Chapel at Restland funeral Home. Inurnment will be at later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
