Lillian A. Butler's Obituary
Born February 7, 1922 in Dallas, TX, the heart of our family passed into God’s arms on March 13, 2008, her spirit rejoining the love of her life, Tommy. After 62 years of marriage, Lillian is survived by two children Tom Jr. and Gayla Burgess; six grandchildren: Clinton Brady, Michelle Martin, Christine Kozera, Brandi Alonzo and Eric and Clay Butler; as well as ten great-grand children: Thomas, Andrea, Miranda, Logan, Megan, Aubrey, Andrew, Jaden, Antonio and Jaggar. Lillian worked as a Loan Officer for Fannie Mae for over 20 years. She loved her family, writing, music, dancing and life itself. She served on the Altar Guilds for four Episcopal Churches. Visitation will be on Mon., March 17, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home, Greenville Ave. at 635, Dallas, TX 75243 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Services will be on Tues., March 18, 2008 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 848 Harter Rd., Dallas, TX 75218. Burial follows at Restland. May your spirit dance with joy. You will live in our hearts forever, Nannie!
