Mrs. Lillian Pauline Graff's Obituary
Lillian Pauline Graff took her last breath the evening of Monday, June 3rd, 2024.
Lillian was born on February 3, 1928, in La Coste, Texas, and lived a full life of 96 years. She was our Matriarch, one of the toughest and strong-spirited women you would ever meet. Lillian met her life partner, Joseph Graff, in 1946, and within six weeks, they married in February of 1946.
Faith and the Catholic Church were extremely important to Joe and Lillian. They served as Eucharistic ministers for years at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, attended mass daily, and volunteered for any other needs. The two of them were inseparable for 65 years until Joe’s passing in 2011.
Family was equally as important as faith to them. Joe and Lillian had four children, seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Nothing in life gave them more joy than getting everyone together at the lake, at home, for holidays, or just for the heck of it. It was pure enjoyment for them as well as the family.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph (Joe) Graff, son Douglas (Doug) Graff, and daughter Wanda Coleman. She is survived by daughters Paulette (Popsie) Robinson and Patti Kuhn, as well as seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
There will be a burial/entombment at Calvary Hill Cemetery in the West Mausoleum Tier D located at 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220, on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 12:00 pm.
A funeral mass will be held afterward at St. Joseph’s Village at 1201 E Sandy Lake Rd, Coppell, Texas 75019, on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 1:30 pm.
