Lillian Golding Riley's Obituary
RILEY, LILLIAN GOLDING passed away on June 6, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. She was born in Waco, Texas to parents, Edward Paul Golding and Margaret Jane Briers Golding. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, William Douglas Riley, Jr. She graduated from Texas Women’s University with a degree in sociology. She worked for American Airlines, Brannif Airways, and was later in the antique business. She was a homemaker throughout the years her children were at home. She was a wise, loving, and supportive mother and a devoted grandmother to her two granddaughters. She was an active member of the Episcopal Church where she served on the altar guild. She will be remembered especially for the gracious and loving hospitably that she offered to everyone around her throughout her life. She is survived by her daughters, Edith Riley- Peinado and husband, George, Anne Riley- Sullivan and husband, Greg; grandchildren, Sarah Jane Massie and Rose Sullivan. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
