Lillian Glen Sparkman (Glenna)
October 24, 1931 – April 20, 2025
Lillian Glen Sparkman, lovingly known as Glenna, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025, at the age of 93 in DeSoto, Texas.
Born in Lulling, Texas, to John Sherman Pearcy and Eva Ross Pearcy, Glenna lived a life rich in love, laughter, and adventure. She had a vibrant spirit and a deep love for her family and friends. Whether she was exploring new places with her dear friend Carol or riding motorcycles alongside her beloved husband, Bobby. Glenna embraced life with joy and curiosity.
She will be remembered for her unwavering loyalty, sense of humor, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met. Glenna’s door was always open, her heart always full.
She is survived by her nephews William Adams, Robert Adams (Jeri), Steve Grant (Claire), and her niece Linda Ratliff, as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews who cherished her, and a circle of friends who became family over the years.
Glenna was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Bobby Sparkman; her parents; her siblings Pervis Pearcy, Mary Grant, and Betty Pittman; and her nephew, John Sherman Pearcy.
A celebration of Glenna’s life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd at 10:30 AM at Restland Funeral Home (Wildwood Chapel) in Dallas.
