Lillie Sexton's Obituary
Sexton,Henderson Lillie Mae was born May 21, 1922 in Dallas, TX. She graduated from Crozier Technical High School in 1940, and worked at North American Aviation during WWII, where she met her husband, Ray Sexton. They married August 8, 1945 and were both out of work a week later when Japan surrendered. After the war Lillie worked for over 30 years at Metropolitan Savings & Loan, commuting daily from Fort Worth to Dallas. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Ray; her brothers, Lewis Jasper (Buddy) Henderson and Jesse Minton (Bubba) Henderson; and her beloved granddaughter, Lacey Sexton. Lillie is survived by son, Michael Sexton; daughter, Susan Sexton and sister, Margaret Davis. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Restland’s Abbey Chapel with visitation 1 hour prior to services. Interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park.
