Lillo Frank Underwood Jr.'s Obituary
Underwood, Frank, Jr. was born in Dallas, Texas on May 11, 1921 and passed away on July 14, 2010 in Dallas, Texas. He is survived by his daughter Shannon Campbell and husband Charles Campbell, their children Tisha Campbell and fiancee Chris Smith, daughter Holly Smith and husband Matthew Smith, their children Ryan, Jacob, Cambrie, and Sarah, and daughter Amy Houston and husband Jeff as well as daughter in law Cari Jones Underwood, her son Frank Underwood and his wife, daughter Kristen Suttles and her son Cody. Frank served in the Army during WW2 and was honorably discharged as we he was starting a family with wife Bennye Ingram Underwood. They had a son and two daughters, of which Frank III, and Nannette who are both deceased. He has reunited with his parents, wife, son, and daughter in Heaven. Frank was self employed as owner of Zenith Business Machines until his death. He proved that a good work ethic, integrity, and willpower lead to success in life. He was selfless and gave everything he had to help his family in time of need. We will forever be indebted to him. Frank was an avid reader, boater, and enjoyed taking road trips with his wife and grandchildren, mostly in his camper to state parks in Colorado and Arkansas. He loved animals and had pets most of his life. Papa, or Grandpa, was very special to all of us. He showed compassion, love, and support to all of us, and was a source of strength to us all. He was thoughtful and caring, supportive, wise and jovial. He seemed to always be in a good mood and loved teaching us all a thing or two-about everything. He is so loved and will be greatly missed.
