Mrs. Linda B. Crook's Obituary
CROOK, LINDA B. was born May 31, 1940 in Mineral Wells and passed away September 3, 2007 in Dallas. Preceded in death by father, V.L. Bleeker and mother, Johnie Mae Mills. Survived by husband, Jim Crook of Richardson, TX; son, Jim Bob Crook of Spicewood, TX; daughter, Kelly Crook of Richardson, TX; brother, Robert Bleeker & wife Anita of Canyon Lake, TX; and her loving dogs, Tag, Peanut, Lefty, Hooter and Sam. Linda was a life long Texan and was originally from the Rio Grande Valley. She loved cooking, gardening and vacationing at South Padre Island. She will be greatly missed. Service will be held at 12:30 PM, Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. While gardenias and yellow roses were her favorite flowers, the family would encourage that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, 500 S. LBJ Frwy., Suite 250, Dallas, TX 75244.
