Linda M. Donovan's Obituary
Linda M. Donovan, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away on October 17th, 2024 in Richardson, Texas at the age of 84. Linda was born on February 1st, 1940 in Worcester, Massachusetts to her loving parents and grew up alongside her siblings David Moberg, Joanie Salmon, Bobby Moberg, Barbara Moberg and Richard Moberg.
Linda's life was one filled with creativity. She had an eye for beauty and a talent for bringing it to life through interior decorating. Her love for painting brought light into many lives as she crafted paintings that adorned homes far and wide. Linda's artistic talents also extended to cake decorating and stained glass art; she poured her heart into every creation she made.
But beyond her creative pursuits lay the true joy of Linda's life – her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her. Linda is survived by her son Robert Donovan; daughter-in-law Eve Donovan; granddaughters Katie Bauer (and husband Josh), Alyssa Donovan, Leah Donovan; great-granddaughter Ava Bauer; as well as numerous nieces and nephews whom she adored.
Her passing has left a void in the lives of those who loved her dearly but we take comfort knowing that she is now reunited with loved ones who have gone before us.
A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home on October 30th at 10:30AM.
May we find solace in our memories as we mourn the loss of this remarkable woman whose spirit will live on within each one of us.
