Linda Carolyn Harvey's Obituary
Ms. Carolyn Harvey, 83, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in Sachse, Texas. She was born on Wednesday, October 28, 1942, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Leo Clinton Corum and Margaret Juanita Hicks in Dallas, Texas. She married William “Bill” Paul Harvey on October 9, 1964, in Oak Cliff, Texas. She worked as an office administrator at Continental Emsco, an oilfield services company in Garland, Texas before attaining her dream job as a stay-at-home mom. She was a devoted member of Meadow View church of Christ in Mesquite, Texas.
She is survived by her husband Bill of Rowlett; daughters Leslie Berry and husband Tracy of Rockwall, Debbie Barineau and husband Mike of Rockwall; sons Johnny Harvey of Canton, Rodney Harvey and wife Shannon of Dallas; 9 grandchildren, Valene Hanson (Brad), Katie Harvey, Travis Harvey, Deanna Lopez (Ramiro), Clinton Harvey (Kate), Kevin Berry (Angela), Caroline Smith (Dylan), Camryn Barineau, August Harvey, additionally, there are 10 great-grandchildren. Carolyn will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at 10am on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Meadow View church of Christ with a service immediately following at 11am. Interment will follow at 1pm at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
