Linda Denman Kelley's Obituary
Linda Denman Kelley of Dallas, Texas passed away at the age of 87, on October 14th, 2025.
Linda was born in Grapeland, Texas in 1938. She grew up in East Texas where she met Noel Kelley during their senior year of high school. They got married while at Texas A&M and spent the next 59 years together. Linda never met a stranger! In the early years of their marriage, they lived all over the United States, and she would make friends every where she went. She was the life of every gathering. Her infectious laugh drew people in, and her kindness and loving spirit gained her friends around the country. In their retirement years, she and Noel spent a lot of time in Hawaii, and enjoyed embracing the culture.
Linda filled so many roles during her life: daughter, wife, business owner, advisor, mother, sister, grandmother, friend, confidant, mentor, and many more. She made the lives of countless people better with her love, joy, and kindness.
Linda had been a member at Waterview Church of Christ for over 40 years. She was devoted to her faith and to serving the Lord. She loved God, and loved the church and its people.
She is survived by her only child, daughter Shawn Owens, her son-in-law Keith Owens, sister Sharon Robertson, her grandsons Dr. Jason Edwards and Bruce Edwards, and her great grandchildren Livia and Will.
