Linda Phuong Nguyen's Obituary
In Loving Memory of Linda Nguyen
January 20, 1985 – July 27, 2025
Linda Nguyen passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 40, leaving behind a heartbroken but deeply grateful circle of family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known her.
Linda was a radiant spirit—kind, generous, and effortlessly the life of the party. Whether you met her once or knew her for years, you were likely touched by her warmth and the unmistakable feeling that she genuinely wanted to see you thrive. She made it her mission to lift others up, to cheer them on, and to make sure they had the tools—and the confidence—to pursue their dreams.
Linda found joy in the simple pleasures: a great meal, a meaningful conversation, and the unconditional love of her four beloved dogs—Yumi, Lichii, Rubi, and Oli—who brought her endless happiness and chaotic cuddles. She loved food with the kind of passion that turned meals into memories and taught everyone around her to savor every bite.
She is survived by her devoted partner, Wai Chhen; her loving parents, Charlie Nguyen and Lieu Nguyen, step mom Letty Nguyen and her cherished sisters: Gloria Nguyen, Beyonce Pilgrim, and Estrella Nguyen. Each of them carries pieces of her fierce love, infectious humor, and unwavering support. Linda lived generously, loved deeply, and gave endlessly. She made the world brighter, funnier, and far more delicious. She will be missed beyond measure and remembered with every sweet treat, every shared story, and every joyful celebration she would’ve insisted on throwing “just because.”
