Linda Sue Sagraves' Obituary
Linda Sagraves passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on September 11, 1950, in Dayton, Ohio, Linda lived a life defined by love for her family, generosity toward others, and simple joys that brought people together. She graduated from high school in Dayton and went on to build a life centered around her three sons—Brian, Steven, and Todd—who were her greatest pride and accomplishment.
Linda retired from Baylor Healthcare Systems in November 2012 after years of dedicated service. She carried that same dedication into her home and community. She was a wonderful cook who found joy in feeding others, often baking treats and delivering them to the local fire station near her home—a small but meaningful gesture that reflected her generous heart.
She cherished time spent at the beach with her mother and siblings, creating memories filled with laughter, sunshine, and togetherness. Linda loved music, especially the timeless songs of The Beatles and the Bee Gees, which often filled her home and brought her happiness.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Charlene Looney; her father, Stanley Frost; and her sister, Carolyn Lowry.
She leaves behind her loving sister, Beverly Shultz; her brother, Barry Frost; and her three sons, Brian Sagraves, Steve Sagraves, and Todd Sagraves. She is also survived by her daughters-in-law, Leslie Sagraves, Nancy Sagraves, and Heather Sagraves. Linda was blessed with seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, along with numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews who will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be held at Restland Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A private family graveside will follow.
Linda's warmth, kindness, and love for her family will live on in the many lives she touched. She will be remembered for her generous spirit, her love of music and cooking, and the deep devotion she had for those she loved most.
