Celebrating a Life Filled with Love, Strength, and Kindness.
It is with profound sadness and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and wife, Linda Elizabeth Sattler (Pressley). Surrounded by her family, she departed this world peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, wisdom, and unwavering love to those she cherished most.
A Life Well-Lived
During her life (March 17, 1947 – November 13, 2025), she spent her life nurturing her family and spreading kindness to everyone she met. Her gentle spirit and strength guided her through joys and challenges alike, always with grace and resilience. As a devoted wife, she shared a loving partnership that stood the test of time, and as a mother, she was the heart of the home—offering unconditional love, guidance, and support.
Family and Legacy
Linda was preceded in death by her father Marion, mother Louise, brothers Terry and Billy and sisters Sheila and Marlene. She is survived by her loving husband Ronnie, children Allen, Jerry and wife Kristen and Carey and wife Kelli, grandchildren Ashley, Clayton, Madison, Jordan, Ethan, Elijah, Austin, Preston and Landry, and great grandchildren Colt, Madison’s child/children, each of whom carry forward her values and wisdom. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and unity, where friends and family gathered to celebrate life’s milestones and find comfort in her caring presence.
Passions and Remembrance
Throughout her life, she enjoyed simple pleasures—gardening, cooking family recipes, sharing stories, and giving back to her community. Her generosity touched many lives, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Celebration of Life
A memorial service will be held to honor her life and legacy at First Rowlett United Methodist Church on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 11:00am, where family and friends may gather as of 10:00am. Interment will follow at Restland Cemetery.
