Lisa Anne Thomas' Obituary
Lisa Anne Thomas, born September 29, 1962 to Billy and Carol Thomas at Ft. Hood, TX, returned to her heavenly home September 6, 2025 at Springs of Hillcrest Nursing Home in Prescott, AR. She graduated from Richardson High School in 1982 and resided at The Hately House, an adult residential home, in Prescott for over 25 years with committed staff and nine other housemates who will miss her dearly.
Lisa is preceded in death by her parents and brother Stephen. She is survived by her brother Andrew and his wife Katherine, sister-in-law Judy and her two children Christopher and Laura and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She loved airplanes and helicopters and even manifested a private helicopter ride shortly before her passing!
The Thomas Family extends sincere appreciation and gratitude to all the staff at Hatley House and Springs of Hillcrest Nursing Home in Prescott, AR, for their care. And to Uncle Ron and Aunt Mary Warkentine for their continuous presence, love, and support during her life and time leading up to her transition.
Services will be held in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville, Ave, Dallas, TX 75243. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 at 9:30 AM, with funeral service to follow at 10:30 AM. Please, rather than flowers, support the home Lisa lived in for over two decades with their important mission and work.
