Lisa Leigh White born September 19, 1955 in Dallas, Texas and passed away June 29, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by her father, Thomas Eugene White, Jr. and mother Ena Louise Shrader White. Survived by her brother, Thomas Eugene White III. “Entertain On” was Lisa’s mission statement. She had over 20 years of major market experience with a BA in Radio, TV and Film from Stephen F. Austin. She was music savvy with high numbers and willing to work any daylight hour shift to fulfill a music career in the entertainment industry. Lisa’s mission to “Entertain On” was accomplished. • 1980 – 86: Disc Jockey with KMGC “Magic 102.9 • 1987: Disc Jockey with KQZY • 1988 – 89: Disc Jockey with KZEW “The Zoo” • 1989 – 93: Disc Jockey with WARM and KGBS worked as Receptionist and Talk Show Host • 1995 – 97: Disc Jockey with “The Edge” alternative radio • 1997 – 2002: Disc Jockey with “The Eagle” 98.7, the rock station • 2002 – Present: Caring for Mother, who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer Lisa’s hobbies included, reading and playing with her miniature American Eskimo named “Happy”. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 3:00 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
