KRUGNER-BAUER, LOIS R. “Loving Mom, Granny, & Friend” Born on November 19, 1930 and passed away on March 16, 2011 at her home in Grand Prairie, Texas surrounded by family. Preceded in death by her parents, Martha Minnie Hansmeir and Theodore Krugner, her first husband, Roger Grotegut, second husband, Alfred Kowalik, and widowed by Gene Bauer Sr. Survived by her children Wayne Grotegut, Craig Grotegut, Becky Grotegut, Terry Grotegut, and Judy Kowalik-Ganzer, 8 stepchildren, 15 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, March 18, 2011 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. Services will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 3 pm at Restland Memorial Chapel in Dallas, Texas. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an organization to help research and cure Esophageal Cancer. After grave side service on Saturday, reception will follow at Becky Grotegut’s residence in celebration of Lois’ life.
